Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our headquarters on our organic farm in Vermont, where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire line! We’re proud to own each step of our products’ journey – from sourcing to serum – all the way until their arrival at your door. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
Do you offer free shipping?
pinkrosesalonservice.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders (excluding taxes). All other US territories qualify for free shipping at $150.00. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. International customers receive free shipping with all orders $200 and over. International customers – shipping may vary based on location.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email from UPS as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. If you would like to track your order enter your tracking number, here.
What about express shipping?
For orders placed on Thursday with UPS 2Day shipping, your package will arrive on the following Monday, as this service does not include weekend delivery.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday and arrive on Wednesday.
All express orders placed after 2pm ship the next business day and do not include weekend delivery.
Can you ship to my P.O box or military address?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS Priority/First class depending on needs and locations.
Can you ship to my country?
If we do not currently ship to your country at this time we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future. Please check the scrolling list of countries at the top right of your screen to see where we currently support and know we will update this list whenever possible.
What if I received an order with broken/missing items or my package is missing?
Please contact Customer Care at [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. If we deem a broken and/or missing order eligible for replacement, the replacement order cannot be transferred to an alternate address. We are unable to assist with items that have arrived broken and/or missing outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. Damaged items or items with a formula issue must be sent back to our facility to be inspected by our quality team before we are able to send out a replacement. For missing packages, we are unable to assist after 15 days from when a package is marked as delivered or last scanned by the carrier. For missing packages that are eligible for replacement, we must wait until the carrier investigation is complete before the replacement is sent. We are unable to assist with refunds for missing packages.
